Moving to a New Area
About 2 1/2 weeks ago, I drove 980 miles or so from Eastern Washington to Southern Utah for a job at a resort in a national park. In the past several months, I have been bitten by the travel bug. I realized I hadn’t seen much beyond the Northwest. I want to see as many places as I can. I figure that since I am single and in transition, I am in a time in my life when I can take odd jobs to travel. Part of the reason I decided to take this job because I thought it would be an interesting part of the county to explore.

Just driving to the new place, I saw many places I hadn’t seen before. Between the long drive, adjusting to a new area and a new job, I have barely had time to think straight much less do any crafts. I drove from Washington to Montana, through Southern Idaho and down Utah I am excited to see another area of the country. The first picture was taken in Montana. The second was a historical monument in Southern Idaho.
